I have a dear friend who has this charming house under contract right now. I looked at the pictures of it, and just had to share this house with all of you! It is just so full of charm and character. I really hope that it works out for them to close on this house, and I can show you what it looks like after they are all moved in! For now, these are just the pictures from the real estate website. I bet you will love it too!

If all goes well, I am going to hopefully spend many a lovely evening in this house with our good friends. We love when they invite us over! They are so fun and great entertainers. And she is a wonderful cook as well. I am saying a little prayer for them that everything goes smoothly and they end up moving into this house. Isn’t it a great house?
