Hey friends! I am still so happy with our recent modern farmhouse dining room/office makeover, and one of the things I purchased for this space was new floral curtain panels. I had a particular curtain in mind, but I didn’t really find it on my miniscule budget. After all, I only had $100 to spend on my entire space!

Have you noticed things have been a little scarce around the blog since I shared my Modern Farmhouse Dining Room Makeover? I have been going through some work related stress that is affecting my creative energy. Being a middle school counselor can sometimes take it’s toll, and this has been a difficult time for me, but most importantly, it has been a difficult time for our entire school. And I just haven’t been able to wrap my mind around blogging types of things lately. I’m feeling somewhat of a writer’s block, and it has taken me almost a week to get this particular post written. I also want to be respectful that our school community has been struggling and I don’t want to ever make light of anything that is going on in my personal life that has nothing to do with my blog by pretending that things are easy right now, or lighthearted.

Now that I have that off my chest, let’s talk about something that really makes me smile, and that is floral curtains! I am such a color loving girl, and I am always drawn to spaces that showcase floral curtains. I thinks it’s a little bit granny chic and boho, but also works with modern farmhouse too. Below are some of my favorite images I have pinned that have floral curtains.

I had a more colorful curtain panel in mind for my dining room, but didn’t end up being able to afford them. I still love the one’s I bought, but they are a more neutral look. They will definitely work for a good while though! Anyhoo, along my journey to find these curtains, I shopped for curtains, and I found lots of affordable floral curtains that were out of my measly budget, but still totally doable for someone who has a budget that is between $40-150.

Since I spent hours and hours shopping for the curtains for my dining room, I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite finds with you!
