While perusing the aisles of Tar-jay a few weeks ago, I happened upon a brilliant idea! You see, I have this bench in my mudroom/hallway/laundry room. I have had it for a few years, and have never felt like forking out the money to buy a cushion for it. I have thought of making one, but I can’t sew. So back to Tar-jay, I was browsing and came upon these really cute body pillow cases. My daughter has a body pillow that spends more time on the floor than on her bed. It suddenly occurs to me that a body pillow is the exact size of that bench, and that I could use one of those pillow cases to make myself a bench cushion! They had the most perfect pillow case too! Here it is. Why didn’t I think of this years ago?
I am headed to Pittsburgh with the three kiddos to visit my BFF who lives in up there. So I am going to make myself scarce for a few days. Don’t worry, you probably won’t even notice I’m gone.I am linking up here:

I am new to blogging too and it took me like a week to redesign the look on my blog all by myself. It was very hard because I didn't know what the heck I was doing! I will try to remember so that I can answer you back, but I just started googling patterns and textures and then I went in and changed my blog template. If you google you can find lots of stuff like that!
