Hey friends! How are you feeling about the fact that we are already in September and Fall is around the corner? Summer is coming to an end, and football season is getting underway (or cross country season in our house). I have mixed feelings about it, I’m sad to say goodbye to sweet Summertime, but I’m kind of glad that the scorching hot temperatures are subsiding, and at the same time, I’m dreading the fact that winter is closer. So I’m just going to try to enjoy the fact that lovely Fall is on the horizon and pretend it isn’t followed by Winter for now! I wore this top the other day to work, and then on into the evening, and it is just so easy to wear! A lot of days, I am dying to change my work clothing the minute I get home, but my favorite clothes are the ones that are so comfortable, that I don’t feel that way at the end of the day, and this top is one of those! I love the subtle blue of the stripes and the crocheted lace hemline is just really sweet and adorable. And the fit on this top is just the perfect fit for me, and the type of fit I always gravitate to when choosing clothing.
For this outfit, I decided to pair this shirt with a subtle camouflage slim fit pants and a simple pair of white sneakers, and let me tell you, I had so many compliments on my outfit! I had people immediately going to the Glamour Farms website when I told them where I got this top, they wanted to order one for themselves! I told, them, no wait until Saturday and use my discount code! Ha! I’m always one to wait for a bargain! I think this top is a great transition piece for late Summer, into Fall and Winter. It would look great with shorts or a denim skirt as well, and can be layered under a cute cardigan or jean jacket. I also think it would be pretty layered under a bulky sweater with just the lace detail around the bottom peeking out- and I’m sure you will be seeing me styling it in some of these ways in the future!

I also really like the pretty button detail on the back of this top, and the 3/4 length sleeves.
