Hi Darlene! These are cut using a hacksaw. It was easy enough that I was able to do it myself. No, they do not need grouted. You can find a tutorial for installing the AirStone here: https://sweetparrishplace.com/diy-fireplace-surround-using-airstone/
My mirror was not glued to the wall, it was held to the wall with little plastic clips, so I’m not sure how you would remove it if it is glued. I guess you could pry it off but it would probably break in the process.
