Plaid Skirts & What I Wore Wednesday

I only have a few outfits to show you today, because once again, we are snowed in people!  So far this week we haven’t had school at all, and I haven’t left the house.  But it feels good to have some time at home to clean and organize some things that I would not normally have time to do.  I have been making very good use of my time!

Before we get to my personal outfits, I have a tiny bone to pick.  And it is all about the plaid skirt.  I recently acquired two plaid skirts from Talbots at a thrift store, and I love them both.  I decided to search for plaid skirt outfit ideas on Pinterest, and I cam across this picture of a plaid skirt (Oh, how I wish I had pinned it) and someone had made this comment under the picture – Why would anyone wear a plaid skirt, ever?  Well, that comment irked me, because here I was looking for ways to wear a plaid skirt, and finding all kinds of awesome inspiration for plaid skirts.  So, although I did not pin the picture with the nasty little comment, it sparked an idea in my mind.  And I wanted to give that person, and all of you, 15 reasons, in pictures, why every woman should own a plaid skirt.  So this is for all of you nay sayers out there.  Embrace the plaid, ladies!
