Hey friends! The weather is finally warming up to feel like Spring around here! Also, I have 10 more days of work until Summer Break, so I am a pretty happy camper right now. Today I am sharing just some outfits I have been wearing this particularly cold Spring. I recently had a very big mishap with my memory card, and it was wiped clean, so I lost thousands of photos, and some of which I really needed for my blog, including some of my outfit pictures. So I have finally come to terms with the fact that they are lost forever, after hours upon hours of trying to salvage them. Anyhoo, what I’m sharing with you today are pictures I had already downloaded, and a few I have taken since.
I am a big fan of a stripe, and I was so happy to find this striped skirt at Loft for an extra 60% off the clearance price, and the sale is still happening, btw! Unfortunately, I just checked and this skirt is now sold out though. I also purchased these striped pants, and this dress. It’s kind of a wintery material, but since we have had a really chilly spring, I felt just fine wearing it. The ruffled jacket is a few years old, from Talbott’s and the grey tank is a recent purchase from Gap Factory. I really love the fit of this tank, and will probably wear it quite a bit this summer. The grey sandals are a Goodwill find! Th silver bracelet was made by a local artist from an old spoon.
It was just last week that I shared 8 Ways to Wear a Denim Vest, and guess, what? I bought another denim vest! This one is completely different from the other one I have, and I just love it! I bought this vest at Loft Outlet, and they have it in white too. I had a hard time deciding which color to get, but in the end I decided on the denim. I also bought this floral popover at Loft Outlet on the same day. And can we talk about these lace ballet flats for a moment? If you read my 20 Favorite Spring Fashion Trends, you know that these were at the top of my wish list for Spring, and I am in love with them! They are so comfortable, and I just want to wear them every single day! I bought mine at Sole society, and they are sold out, but I have linked to a similar pair below.

I really love these new khaki girlfriend jeans I ordered from Gap recently, unfortunately I can no longer find them on their website! That is one thing that frustrates me about Gap, things don’t last long there. I used to be a huge fan of khaki pants. so I like this updated version because it just goes with everything. The brown flowy top is from Free People years ago. I am in love with these heart shaped sunglasses, and they are only $12!
I bought these pink chinos a few years ago at Gap, and I just love them. And guess what? They have them again! I love pink, and for this outfit, I kept it simple and casual by mixing it with black and white.
This top from Zara is a favorite of mine for summer, because I like the juxtaposition of it being all business in the front, but turn around, because it’s a party in the back! I love the lace detail in the back, and I like the floral detail at the shoulders. For this outfit, I mixed polka dots, plaid, lace and florals, and I think it works.

I have a love of vintage clothing. If you have been reading my blog for a while, you probably know that. You can click this link to learn more about how I mix thrifted/vintage clothing items into my personal style. I recently bought this dress from a local store that sells vintage items, called Gypsy Soul Boutique. For those of you who are locals, it is in downtown Clarksburg. This dress is a slip dress, and slip dresses are currently trending for summer, so I consider this a great find! It came with a little short sleeve jacket with the same pattern, but I probably won’t wear them together. You may see me mix the jacket with something else at some point though. It was a chilly day when I wore this, so I threw this long cream colored cardigan on with it, and I loved the combination. The sweater is from Gap and I have owned it for many years. It is one of those things I just might never get rid of, and have worn it so many times I can’t count. I mixed this outfit with leopard wedges, because as I have said many times, leopard is a neutral.
