Hey all! Welcome to my weekly style post! Every week, I take pictures of my outfits and join other bloggers around blog land who do the same. These posts are something that I really enjoy, because I have always had a passion for fashion. I love putting together new outfits, and shopping my own closet to wear things in different ways. I wear the clothes I own forever, but I usually don’t wear any item in the exact same way more than once or twice. As a middle school counselor, I am always looking for inspiration, and ways to be stylish, professional, and age appropriate, and I hope to provide inspiration to other women and mothers in similar professions or lifestyles to shop their own closets. You don’t always have to buy something new! All of the outfits I am wearing for this post are things that I have worn to over the past week. I am loving this combination of white and cream. Mixing these two shades is something I would have never done just a couple of years ago, but I absolutely love the look! What do you think of it?

I bought this skirt on major clearance at Gap over the summer, and it will be a staple on my closet for years, I can feel it already! And of course, so is this denim vest. I can’t wait to style this denim vest for fall too!
And my third outfit for the week, I am totally loving this lace extender I purchased recently, I am going to wear it with so many things this fall and winter! For this outfit, I dressed up a basic pair of black cropped leggings that I usually wear to work out! I was super comfy all day long!
And this is a picture of an outfit I wore on a family outing over the weekend. I didn’t have time for a photo shoot, so it’s just this one picture. It was a beautiful day, and we rode a steam engine, it stopped at this river and we were able to walk around for a while.
