Sweet Parrish Place Style {Vol. 17}

Hey all! Welcome to my weekly style post!  Every week, I take pictures of my outfits and join other bloggers around blog land who do the same. These posts are something that I really enjoy, because I have always had a passion for fashion. I love putting together new outfits, and shopping my own closet to wear things in different ways. I wear the clothes I own forever, but I usually don’t wear any item in the exact same way more than once or twice.  As a middle school counselor, I am always looking for inspiration, and ways to be stylish, professional, and age appropriate, and I hope to provide that same inspiration to other women and mothers in similar professions or lifestyles.  My first outfit was a day at work, and I wanted to be comfortable because I spent the day testing in the 8th Grade.

Tunic- J Crew (old) // Cardigan- The Limited (old) // Grey leggings // Brown boots- similar

This is probably my favorite outfit of the week.  Again, a work outfit.  I like the mix of the polka dots, the stripes, and the plaid scarf.  The scarf is not Burberry, it is a look alike.  I wish I could tell you where you can get one, but I don’t remember, and I can’t seem to find one online.  I have owned it for a few years,, but I think it is a classic piece that will not go out of style.

I am so tired of the weather we have been having!  I have had a really difficult time getting outside to take pictures.  This is another work day outfit.

We took the kids to a ski resort on Saturday.  Mr. 14 Year Old and a friends went skiing, while Mr. 7 Year Old went tubing.  I just kind of hung out and stayed warm, but a good time was had by all!  It was around midnight when I took this picture, I realized I hadn’t taken a picture of my outfit, but I liked it enough   that I wanted to share it.
