Hey friends! I am so happy today is the first day of March! I feel like I could do a little cheer, something like GIVE ME AN M-GIVE ME AN A, and so on and so one, you get the jist. I kid you not when I tell you that I could go the rest of my life and be happy if I never see snow again. Moving to Texas always looks better and better right at this time of the year, maybe one day we will! But for now, I will settle for being super excited that March has arrived and winter is coming to an end very soon. I still have pictures of several of my winter outfits that I have not shared on the blog, so I still have some winter style coming your way today, and probably at least one more time, depending on how soon it starts warming up here. Here is a little bit of what I have been wearing recently. This first one was a casual Friday outfit, and I love my casual Fridays! The boots are currently on clearance for $29.99, so if you like them and want them, I linked to them under the second picture below. If you are new to my blog, I work as a middle school counselor, so my wardrobe is very teacher friendly, a little mix of casual and professional. Welcome!
This next outfit was something I wore to work during Valentines Day week. I love the soft pink color of this sweater. It is also very lightweight and will carry right on into Spring. The shoes were given to me by a friend at work. The herringbone skirt is a thrifted item. It never ceases to amaze me the awesome things I find at thrift stores!

I have shown this new coat I bought recently on Instagram, but I don’t believe I have shown it on the blog. I recently found this awesome coat at Target on clearance for $39, and I scooped it right up. I remember seeing it when it first came in at regular price and I passed on it. But I couldn’t pass on such a great price. And the fur collar is removable. I love the pop of polka dots and black and white. I will be wearing this for several years I am sure.
This buffalo plaid shirt is definitely a favorite item of mine. I have worn it more than most things in my closet this winter. It is very roomy, so adding this fitted short sleeve sweater over it gave it some definition. I’m not sure if I ever told you this, but these black leggings I’m wearing in these pictures are my favorite black leggings ever! They are the perfect fit and they are very sturdy and thick and stretchy and supportive all at one time. I have a link to them two pictures below.

Nothing I am wearing in this next outfit is new. I love this brown tweed skirt, and would you believe I picked it up at Walmart several years ago? I think it is a very versatile skirt and goes with a lot of different colors. I always love a touch of leopard print added to an outfit, almost every time!

I love this red sweater I purchased in the Fall at Marshall’s. I love the loose fit and the angled bottom, and of course red is my favorite color, so I am always drawn to it. I am also loving my sparkly necklace that was a Loft find a couple of years ago.
