Hey friends! Welcome to the new version of Sweet Parrish Place Style! It’s been about a month since my last style post, and I am way overdue for one! I do have a reason for that, BTW. My dog ate my camera card! This is the second time our puppy has stolen a camera card right out of my laptop and chewed on it. The first time, everything had already been downloaded from it, but this time, every single outfit post I had taken since Christmas was on it, so I have not had much I could share with you.
My conundrum also sparked an idea for me to share my style in a little different way than I have on the blog before. I love Instagram and I always share my daily outfits there, so I have decided that from now on, this is what I am going to do once a month for my Sweet Parrish Place Style posts. And in between this monthly series, I will be sharing other style posts where I will share individual or only a few outfit ideas, inspiration, or tips. Some outfits I post on Instagram don’t always end up making the blog, because I don’t always have time for a photo shoot of my daily outfits. So this is a way to share more of my daily style with you.

I also have another cool new feature that I will be adding to my style posts as much as possible. Under each picture you will see a link that says shop this look. When you click on it, you will be directed to a page where you will find links to the exact, or in some cases similar, items to the outfit in the picture right above the ink. This is through a website called Shopstyle, and I love this new feature! If the item or a similar item is unavailable in Shopstyle, then you will also see a link beneath the picture to the specific item.

I found this color block skirt at a local thrift store, and I love it!
All of these different looks are things I have worn since Christmas. I had done some cute photo shoots of several of these outfits, that are now lost forever. And the moral of that story is never work with my memory card in my laptop while the dog is within reach.
This spotted dress is a new favorite of mine that I bought at Ann Taylor. I bought it just to wear on Christmas Eve. I don’t have a photo of that, but this is another way I styled it for work. And I can think of so many more ways to style it, so you will be seeing it again!
I bought this sweater on clearance from Loft recently, and it is so soft and pretty, I love the color! The pants were also on clearance there, and are very comfy.
This red cardigan is yet another adorable clearance find from Loft! I always keep my eye out for their sales, because they will sometimes go down to another 60% off of their sale prices, and you can get some fantastic deals.
