The Best of Sweet Parrish Place Style {2014}

In preparing to write this post, I went back to the very first style post I wrote, and I can’t believe it was in April of 2013!  Wow!  I started this journey when I fell in love with What I Wore Wednesdays on The Pleated Poppy.  I saw that hundreds of other bloggers were taking pictures of their every day outfits and linking them up to her weekly link party.  Well, I jumped right on that bandwagon as fast I could!  It was a no brainer for me.  You see, ever since I was a little girl, I have carefully planned out my daily outfits.  Let me tell you a little secret about myself.  For many years, I would write down exactly what I wore each day in my calendar so that I could make better use of my entire wardrobe, and so that I could look back on what things I mixed and matched together.  So it was a no brainer to me that taking daily pictures was so much better!  That may seem strange to some people, but this has always been a part of who I am, I don’t know why!  And I have loved every minute of documenting what I wear, even if not a single other person on the planet is interested, so I am gonna keep on keepin’ on!  And I know there are some other people who do like to read my weekly style post, because at times when I have taken a break from it, I have received emails asking where my style posts are, so that is very encouraging, and if you are one of those people who do enjoy it, thank you!
 
I thought it would be fun to take a look back at some of my favorite outfits of 2014, in light of the fact that I have been writing roundups of all of my 2014 projects.  I think my style journey is every bit as much of a project to me, so I hope you enjoy this look back at some of my favorites!  You can click the numbered link under each picture to go to the original post.
