Trashtastic Tuesday- 5 Trashtastic Treasures

Welcome to Trashtastic Tuesday! This is a little series around here where I show you something that I thrifted, sometimes I make it over, sometimes I don’t. Or it may be something that I have owned and I am tired of, or no longer like, so I make it over. But nevertheless, it is usually something that I paid very little money for. Sadly, I do not have a project of my own to show you today because we have been out of town for a few days. But, on the bright side, I have some great projects to share that some other blogger’s have been doing, that I think qualify as Trashtastic.

Check out these stools that were made over in shades of mint. I love the color Anu chose for her upcycled stools.

This beverage station was made from an old door. I would love to have this out on my deck this summer. And the paint color is similar to the colors on the stools above. I am loving this color right now!

This antique stainless steel medical cabinet is to die for! I can’t believe that Julie scored this for free! What a great way to display dishes and add storage in a kitchen!

I love this idea! This over the toilet shelf was made from an old ladder found in the trash. And it looks great in this bathroom.

I think this kitchen cart makeover is such an improvement on this piece of furniture. It is very similar to the island in my kitchen, just a smaller version. And my island is on my list of things to paint. I didn’t intend to have a color theme for this post today, but it looks like the minty blue/green wins! Is the fact that I am featuring three very similar colors on projects today a sign that I need to paint something in my house this color? I think so!
