What I Wore Wednesday

This is my first What I Wore Wednesday post for a few weeks. I know, I know, you have probably been wondering why, right? I mean seriously, one person emailed me and asked me if I had stopped doing them. She said she particularly enjoyed them! I was quite pleasantly surprised to know that there are at least two other people on this planet, besides myself, who even noticed that I have been writing these posts! So to that wonderful reader of my blog (you know who you are) this one’s for you!

I have been absent because I spent most of December and January in my cozy PJ’s or yoga pants, and trust me, no one wants to see that! The weather around here has kept me inside and home from work. And on those days I have been doing little projects around the house. But I am back with at least a few outfits since I have been back in the land of the living. Here goes!

My daughter had this sweater on a pile of clothes to drop off at the consignment shop, and I snatched it up, along with a few others.

I wore the toggle sweater with it for most of the day. The temps have been pretty frigid around here for quite some time! Hey look, I fixed my hair!

I wore this to work one day, and this sweater is an oldie but goodie from Gap. and I still get compliments on it every time I wear it!

Did you read the post I wrote about plaid skirts? Well this skirt I found at a thrift store inspired that whole post. This is a good quality skirt from Talbots and I paid less than $5 for it. I promise you, my legs do not look like tree trunks in real life like they do in the picture. Ha! My tights blend in with my bed, making them look strange, sorry.

I wore this outfit to work on casual Friday, and later to a basketball game.

That about sums it up for me! I was actually happy to get out of the house and actually go to work again!
