What I’m Loving #6

Last week was one crazy busy week, I don’t remember ever having so much on my plate in just 7 short days before.  As if working full time isn’t enough, add in Mr. 7 Year Old’s Choir practice, Mr. 15 Year old’s cross country practice, plus a meet every Saturday (that usually requires travel), running this blog (and having three sponsored posts due in one week, plus trying to keep my regularly scheduled posts going), and throw in one homecoming dance.  Needless to say, I was exhausted, and I am so glad things have slowed down!  And if you are wondering about the sponsored posts, they are just necessary in order for me to keep on doing what I love and run this blog, period.  I try to only accept offers for things that I know my readers will enjoy, and things that I enjoy myself, and I usually only do one in a one week period, but I had three offers that were things I really did want to do, so I jumped in on the chances!  Anyhoo, I still want to share What I’m Loving with you, even if it’s a day late!  So here we go!

First up is my new book!  I, along with thousands of other people who loved and adored the blog Young House Love have been anxiously awaiting this book to come out (I preordered mine).  It is called Lovable Livable Home, and it does not disappoint!  If you were a fan of Young House Love blog, you know that John and Sherry Petersick are the lovely couple behind the blog, and they suddenly decided about a year ago to stop blogging, much to the dismay of all of their fans.  So people have been dying to get a piece of this book, me included!  I highly recommend it!

This pumpkin just might be the best painted (gilded) pumpkin I have ever seen!  It is simply perfection!  It would fit right in around my house, how about you?

Speaking of pumpkins, have you ever made pumpkin pancakes?  We love them in my house, and we can’t wait to whip up a batch one weekend very soon!

When Fall arrives, I break out the cozy throws to tuck into prime locations all over our home, and I am loving these reversible goose down fill plaid throws, I want the red and black one!

I am loving this one button cardigan- and it comes in 14 different colors, I am partial to the pink, because I don’t have anything that color.

Last but not least, I am swooning over these buffalo plaid pillow covers, and they come in red, yellow and navy!  Are they not to die for?  #iwantallthepillowcovers
