Wish I Had That- Stairway Inspiration

I have one thing to say, and that is Thanks Goodness it’s Friday!  And even better, it is Memorial Day weekend!  Today on wish I Had That, I have some stairway eye candy in store for you.  One of things on my to do list is to make over our stairway, which is also our entryway.  We live in a split level home, so you walk in the front door and you are automatically on the stairs.  I  have big plans for this area, and am hoping to get started on it this summer.  I have been making a secret pinterest board with all of my stairway inspiration.  This will give you some idea of how I want our stairway to look.  The landing is really faded, and I would like to do a paint treatment on this small landing.  I want to paint the hand rails black, the front door black on the inside, repaint the balusters and risers white, and add a gallery wall going both up and down the stairs.  I showed you the way my stairway looks right now here.  We pretty much have not done anything with it since we moved in, except hang some art and add a small bench.
