Chili’s At Home Heats Up The Frozen Food Aisle

How many of you could use some boldness and color in your life about now? (Picture me raising my hand and saying “me me me”)! Ever since my daughter left for college, I have been in a funk, so adding a little boldness and color into my life is just what the Dr. ordered. I’m not gonna lie, we do eat a lot of frozen meals in this family. Both my husband and I take one to work almost every day. And on particularly busy evenings, sometimes I pop one in the microwave for the kids as well. Chili’s At Home Meals really does have a nice selection, in both single serve and family size.

Last week, it was just my husband, my daughter, and myself, and it was a busy time because we were packing to move her to college, so these meals came in very handy. Paired with a salad, it made a perfect and quick meal for us. This one was the Chicken Fajita Rice Bowl.

My daughter chose the Island Chicken and Rice. She said it was really good. These meals are something inexpensive and easy for her to buy for herself. College students are always on the go, and don’t have a lot of money, so I am sure she will be stocking up on some of these meals for her apartment.
